Furthermore, there is the possibility to work on certain activities in a more guided way which adapts to different learning rhythms through digital didactic resources. 4 The development of co-operative learningáeasily adaptable to the classroom context. An efficient and complete way to to help the children learn together how to work individually. 5 Encourage the development of Learning to Think strategies to give the pupils the tools to deepen their learning experiens throughout their lives. Specifiacally, Mas Savia presents a systematic work on metacognition so the pupils may refklect on four fundamental aspects: what they learn, how to learn better, who they have learned with and how they have felt.
¿Cuánto demora en llegar a Chile mi pedido con envío internacional?
R: Los pedidos demoran entre 15 a 60 días en llegar, hay editoriales que demoran mucho más que otras en servir los tomos, lo que puede incrementar el tiempo de espera de los pedidos antes de ser despachados al cliente final.
¿Cuánto demoran en despachar un producto con stock en Chile?
R: Los productos con stock en chile se despachan entre 1 a 5 días hábiles desde la compra!, OJO, si en el pedido hay tomos con stock en Chile y tomos con Stock Internacional, esperaremos a que lleguen los tomos con envío internacional primero antes de realizar el despacho al cliente final.
¿Qué sucede si mi compra internacional llega con daños o no en perfectas condiciones?
R: Todas tus compras con nosotros están protegidas, si un tomo no llega en optimas condiciones te lo notificaremos y te daremos las siguientes opciones:
- Anulación de compra y devolución inmediata del valor pagado por el tomo vía MercadoPago u transferencia, dependiendo el método de pago utilizado al momento de la compra. (Si no hay mas tomos en el pedido, o todos llegaron con detalles, también se reembolsa el valor pagado por envío).
- Solicitar nuevamente el tomo a editorial.
- Descuento de entre un 10% a un 50% del valor del tomo dependiendo el detalle que este tenga.
- Ocupar el dinero pagado por el tomo en otra compra o producto en stock, pudiendo pagar una diferencia si se elige un tomo de mayor valor o devolución de la diferencia si se elige un tomo de menor valor.
¿Cómo puedo saber el estado de mi pedido?
R: Te notificaremos vía correo cuando tengamos tu pedido y este listo para despacho o cuando se haya despachado a tu domicilio. Pero también puedes consultarnos cuando quieras por tu pedido en nuestras RRSS (Facebook e Instagram) indicando el número de pedido.
